Next Steps
  1. Please be prepared to communicate via email. You will receive a response containing the consultation form you submitted to the email address you provided in your form.
  2. ​Be prepared to pay a non-refundable booking fee/deposit. This is required to reserve your date and time of your tattoo session. Once you receive your quote, your tattoo booking fee/deposit must be paid within 24 hours of confirmation to secure your appointment date and time. If a tattoo is multiple sessions, you will have to pay a booking fee/deposit for each session you book.
  3. So that you do not miss any of my email communications, please whitelist my email address as a safe sender through your email provider. (More information on this in my FAQs). If you’d like to be included on my marketing list, please subscribe to monthly emails.
Please note that due to high demand, I am only accepting 2 new custom projects per month, indefinitely. I have single-use, non-repeatable premade designs and repeatable flash that are readily available and easy to book much faster than custom work.
How to Prepare for Your Tattoo
  1. Budget! Set aside money for your tattoo session from each paycheck so that you can comfortably afford your tattoo.
  2. Locate your government-issued or state-issued photo ID and put it in a safe place that you can easily find. You will need this at your session to provide legal documentation that you are of-age to get a tattoo. Your ID must have your first and last name, birthdate, and photo. (Drivers license, state identification cards, miliary IDs, and passports are all okay!)
  3. Exfoliate and lotion the area you plan on getting tattooed a few weeks-days before your session. This will help with the ease of the tattoo process. Please avoid using lotion the day of your tattoo, as it makes it more challenging for stencils to stay on.
  4. Please avoid getting sunburn, spray tanned, poison ivy, cuts, bruises, or skin rash on the area you intend on getting tattooed. I am unable to tattoo you if you are peeling, flaking, or healing from an accident.
  5. Alert me of any allergies you have in advance of your tattoo session so that I can provide a safe and enjoyable experience for you. This includes any ink colors you may be allergic to, ingredients in balms/lotions, scents or fragrances, etc.
  6. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water before your tattoo session. Do not come to your session hungover or under the influence of drugs/alcohol, you will be denied services. You are welcome to bring a sealable beverage container - no open containers that can spill, please! I have water bottles available at the studio if you forget a drink.
  7. Eat a full meal prior to your session. Snacks are welcome, there is a mini fridge in our breakroom if you need to store something cold.
  8. Remember to wear appropriate clothing for your tattoo session. Example: If you are getting a shoulder tattoo, you may need a tank-top or tube top. If you are getting a thigh tattoo, you may need shorts, bikini bottoms, or a dress, depending on the placement of your piece. I have a privacy curtain available for sensitive areas.
  9. Pack a "go-bag" for yourself to keep you entertained. Ideas include snacks, headphones/music, iPad/tablet, book or light activity (depending on where you're getting tattooed), Tylenol or Ibuprofen, external battery (for your phone), comfort items like a pillow or blanket, fidget toys or stress balls, etc.
  10. Give yourself plenty of travel time to get to your appointment. Traffic and construction are always in full swing around here. Please plan accordingly. If you arrive 15 minutes late without contacting me, you will forfeit your deposit. If you arrive over 30 minutes late, you will lose your appointment time slot and you will need to have to pay a new deposit to rebook. If you arrive over an hour late, you will lose your appointment time slot and deposit, and you will not be allowed to rebook with me in the future.
